Esteam Material Return Authorization M.R.A. Request FormMRA INSTRUCTIONS AND PROCEDURESA Distributor requesting an MRA for potential warranty claim is required to complete the below MRA request form. All areas noted with a * must be completed for consideration and to submit the form online to Esteam. If all areas are not completed the form will not go through to Esteam. Once Esteam has received your request for an MRA number it will be reviewed by the Service/Warranty Manager. Upon approval an MRA number will be issued to you on the form submitted and returned by email to you. Please return the defective item(s) to the Esteam factory for warranty analysis, by prepaid ground freight as per the Esteam warranty. Please include a copy of the completed MRA document with the product being returned. Write the MRA number on the outside of the packaging the defective part is being returned in. Due to time sensitivity of some products, all MRA items must be returned within 30 days of MRA issue date, or warranty on the item(s) will be denied. Any item(s) sent without an MRA number will be returned freight collect upon receiving.
